Served as the de facto executive producer for the weekday morning newscast, overseeing story selection and lead placement for the 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. broadcasts. Rewrote producer copy and formatted reporter scripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate tone. Also wrote digital content for WGNO.com, issued overnight app alerts as needed, and collaborated with the station’s sales team to coordinate weekday sponsored interview segments.
